        Wow what an amazing cake!! So light and fluffy and the lemon and poppyseed flavour was declicious. Even our non vegan friend said it was the best cake she ever had

        Kate created a beautiful custom cake for my mums 60th birthday. Not only was it beautifully decorated but it was delicious too - lemon and blueberry flavour. All of our party guests who had a piece asked who made it and could not tell at all it was vegan. Could not recommend Jesmond Cake company enough - thanks again Kate, we will definitely be ordering again for our next big occasion

        My partner and I are both vegans and have been enjoying the delicious and beautiful cakes/biscuits/treats/macaroons that Kate has made us in the past three years. We also attended one of the classes that Kate teaches in her fabulous kitchen, and were amazed by her friendliness and hospitality. Expect nothing but professionalism, reliability and stunning costum made cakes. Thank you, Kate.
