Initially said a 10 minute wait, ended up waiting 20-25 minutes for two bagels. When they arrived the bacon and cream cheese bagel was cold. Staff were apologetic and took away for a few minutes , I presumed it was the same bagel they just reheated . The bagel was greasy and the bacon rock solid , unfortunately it was not edible and I threw it away. 8 for a bagel I couldnt eat, very disappointing .

Im afraid Id agree that this is poor. Been before under the previous ownership (and Im aware of the issues) but this was my first return. Had the salt & chilli road (love the pun) with hash pops and garlic mayo. Firstly - very expensive for what you get. 9 for the bagel - a very expensive sandwich, 4 for hash pops and 1.50 for mayo!!!!! 1.50. Shocking. The mayo was really poor - tasted cheap and not very garlicky at all. The hash pops tasted frozen and only half were even a bit crispy. The chicken in my bagel was also completely over-done and wasnt spicy at all. Basically really poor. I dont know if the new owners have cut costs with cheaper ingredients- but this wasnt great. At all. Avoid Im afraid

I was told it would be around 20 minutes to make which ended up being 35. The wait was frustrating but I was hopeful that it would be worth the wait. Sadly I opened the wrapper to find that the chicken looked and tasted burnt. Majorly didsapointing.
