        Alan was extremely professional, responsive, and competent at sorting our leaking dishwasher. Came back with a requisite part and remained in touch throughout. Hes very straightforward and personable, and Id very much recommend him. Price was really good too. Often feel a bit on the back foot asking people into your home to fix things, especially when you dont have a handle on market for prices/repairs etc - but Alans very open and was very pleasantly surprised at the price to get it all sorted.         Contacted Alan at AMS Washer Services about a fault with my 10+ year washing machine. He replied promptly and was able to make a visit that very same day. Alan identified the problem straight away and was able to get my machine up and running well within the hour for a very reasonable charge. Throughout my dealings with him he was polite, friendly, helpful and extremely professional. A top class service that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
