The Forge, Newcastle

The Forge is a great place to live and the staff are friendly and amazing. The resident service team are always planning fun events the apartment is pretty spacious and is great value for money.

The Forge is an excellent place to live. Close to the city centre and the scenic river, staffed by friendly and responsive employees, apartments are modern and comfortable, and the rent is reasonable. If you're looking for a residence in Newcastle, I wholeheartedly recommend The Forge.

Very happy to be able to call this my home..Staff are fantastic and such a nice atmosphere..Very safe, modern and also convenient to get to anywhere in the city centre..Beautiful apartments too..

I had rated The Forge under previous management & ownership a 5/5, especially due to their handling of COVID and ability to make tenants feel welcome during such an isolating period. (We lived here for almost 3 years). Since the change in ownership this past year, the soft touches & overall experience living at The Forge has also changed and unfortunately not for the better. There are a few new staff members who are friendly and very helpful and one remaining from the previous group (Christina, who is amazing), but we did have a poor experience with a maintenance request that lingered for almost half the year. The turnover in tenant-facing staff was also disruptive and I dont think helped the situation with the maintenance request. That and the need for more space led us to move out. If they can regain the charm/welcoming/accommodating feeling it once had, then Im sure it could go back to 5/5.

I would never Imagine the forge without Christina, shes the heart of the forge.
