was the only thing we got with any flavour but after seeing the huge strips of tripe i just couldnt eat it even after removing it. The jolof rice however was a total disappointment it has no spice or flavour at all, totally bland and paired with chicken and plantain which although cooked well had no flavour added either. I have nigerian colleagues who always big up the cuisine, i have been dying to try it as i love spice and they told me they use scotch bonnets, I actually added dried chilli and salt at home to the rice for it to have any flavour.
