I mean our roof doesnt leak when it rains & weve avoided shoddy repairs from sub contractors who appear to be from 1975 with regards to work ethics.
Eventually we paid to have our snagging list corrected by independent professional tradesmen, simply to bring our new, costly home up to standard.
The horror stories from other residents continue ..... sadly I think Bellyway are the best of a bad bunch in todays new build boom .
