Bellway - Group Office

0 stars for a start. Been building next to my house for 10 months now, noise was starting 7.30am every morning and now it's 7.00am, legally not supposed to be making any noise until 8.00am at the earliest. Banging heavy machinery around and shouting at each other across the construction site. I have numerous videos and would also greatly appreciate if you stopped posting letters through my door, lying about cooperating with neighbours to cover your backs. This is affecting mine and little boys mental health, he has ADHD so struggles enough without this trash! Tried to ring twice and left a message to Bellway and been ignored both times. Absolute tossers!!!!

Bellway customer service is very poor , very unprofessional talking over the customer not responding to e mails , I wouldnt even give them 1 star . Do not buy a house from them the customer service is terrible even your complaints with directors are ignored . They cant even afford to keep the roads clean during construction work leaving people with screws and bolts in tyres after spending a lot of money buying a house you are left with dirty roads and expensive car repairs costs as a result of them not cleaning the roads . Quick to sell a house to you but not quick in customer care .
