DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. awful. I dinged a car with another car door and was made pay for a scrape on another cars bumper that i was sure was old damage.even though they have insurance they deducted 500 from my wages!!the site foreman told me you're paid for every minute you work then the following week told me that i 'had to take the rough with the smooth' and if i had to work past 5pm to fulfil the customers demands then that was tough but i wouldn'tget any extra for it.also,from the beginning i was told that 2 people were needed for the service side but i worked the entire time on my own.knocked my pan in all day apart from the 1 hour for lunch that you dont get paid for and if i DID go for my lunch the customer would complain and I'd have to end my lunch prematurely. I kept asking when a 2nd person was going to be took on and was told not to be too vocal or they would take the extra person on but cut everyone's wages to compensate for it!that didn't even sound legal!!tried to post without any stars but google wouldn't let me.dont deserve any

Work for your company over 8 years of loyal service qnd now I'm looking to go back in to work I'm trying call the site manager and he's choseing to ingrong me I rang up for me and my mate to start with them and they did q c*** trick and hire my mate when I did all the ringing up for the job

worked for all the valeting companys over 20 years so new the pay was not the best but it is what it is my area manager is martin cov area carnt say a bad word agains the guy wages always bang on what they should be.order chemicals 3 days later they arrive no issues.if u have a problem he does his best to sort it.the other area manager for this area is bogdan havent worked for him but have only heard good things about him.there was problems with area managers in the past but this seems to have been sorted.in my experiance if u turn up on time work hard do a good job and are reliable u will be looked after,
