I recently purchased a Skoda Kodiaq. I was dealt with by Adam Wright. I have to say, right from the outset, Adam was knowledgable, courteous and professional throughout. In fact all staff at the branch are very friendly. They made my search and purchase of a car, a very good experience! 5 stars from me.

We recently purchased a car from this garage and dealt with Warwick Bettany. The car was not at the branch, as it was having a new tyre fitted. I called 1 hour before I visited and Warwick collected the car for me to view. At all times, Warwick was professional and very pleasant. He is a friendly guy and not at all pushy. We looked around the car without feeling pressured and Warwick answered all our questions; obtaining any further information I required. We spoke in detail regarding payment methods, and Warwick did everything he could to ensure the car would be ready to take away at that point-saving me another 4 hour round trip!. All paperwork was sorted in what seemed like an instant, and the car was taxed, insured and finalised with no issues. Warwick then washed and cleaned the car before handing it over, as well as managing to find time to refill the drinks machine so we could have a drink while we waited. I wish all sales people were like Warwick!
