I had a Seborrheic Keratosis removal on my back. Carol talked me through every stage and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure at all times. Carol is very passionate about her clients and was very particular about the finish of the area. I've never felt so relaxed having a minor skin surgery done. She provided detailed aftercare information on how to look after the area. The initial consultation was very good and carol made sure I understood what was going to happen. She did patch tests but never made me feel like I had to go through with procedure, she left it down to my decision and said I could book online if / when I was ready. Thank you carol, can't wait to see the end result.

Carol was absolutely fantastic. As a young woman who experiences anxiety and self esteem issues, Carol really took care of every need that she could for me, physically and emotionally! That is hard to find these days. Just from this I will certainly be going back for more services. During procedure Carol was checking in with myself to ensure I felt the most comfortable and with this I felt incredibly safe and in complete empathetic hands. I've left feeling overwhelmed with happiness and feeling understood and taken great care of. She deserves the most recognition just from this alone and the practical procedure side is just the cherry on top to a very successful visit with Carol.

Had my eyebrows micro-bladed and a wart-like growth removed from my nose. Both procedures came with a certain amount of pain, however, she made sure I was comfortable throughout. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect and to ensure that I was satisfied with the result. Would highly recommend.

I actually had the procedure today. Again, Carol kept me informed throughout and chatted with me, which helped to put me at ease. She ensured that I was not in discomfort at any point. She also emailed me aftercare instructions and made it clear that I could contact her should I be concerned about anything. Would definitely recommend! (Andrea). I visited the clinic for my check up today. As always, Carol was her usual lovely, warm, welcoming self. You wouldn't have thought it was her first day back after being quite poorly. She has the perfect mix of caring and professionalism and always has some great sound advice

Had a lovely microneedling radio frequency treatment with Carol today. She's a lovely lady who makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed, and I enjoy my treatments so much, as I know I'm in good hands. The treatments she offers are all amazing natural anti aging treatments and I feel good knowing I'm improving my skin naturally. I've also treated myself to some of her fabulous products, such as mineral makeup that's actually good for your skin and a vitamin serum. Can't recommend Lady May's enough!
