1 star as im unable to put 0 stars! Terrible service, after 55 minutes they cancelled the order with no explanation. Im still waiting for a refund. No wonder they've got bad reviews. Communication goes a long way. AVOID!!!!!

Order had things missing, Hawaiian burger had no pineapple .Still waiting for our 4.80 refund from last week. They NEVER answer the phone. We won't use them again.

Missing items and undercooked fries. The "chilli con carne" just wasn't. Very disappointing considering it's marketed as gourmet and we spent over 50 quid.

Really not worth the money they charge. Ordered through just eat, after looking at the photos of the food advertised, it looked delicious. Ordered skin on fries. There was no skins on them, there was a portion missing and they were cold on arrival. Looked like oven chips and tasted like them. Ordered the 6.90 milkshake, it was basically a small chocolate milkshake. Ordered the millionaires waffle, there was one Ferrero Roche on top and 5 maltesers. Advertised as gourmet food. It's actually just basic cheap food at gourmet prices. And it took an hour and a half to arrive. Definitely won't be ordering from here again!

Terrible paid for nachos only 6 of the 60 dd nachos had a little bit of cheese nothing else dry as anything gave them my dog and the dog spat them out and orders skin on fries it was just oven chips with nothing on cookie dough was wrong avoid avoid
