Having taken my daughter's dog for a good cut , the owner was very polite and explained everything she was going to do in detail . Very knowledgeable. Would recommend this dog grooming service with no hesitation.

I live just round the corner from this business and Ive just adopted a puppy so I thought Id walk round and see when theyre open and ask for a consultation. However, it looks like it has been abandoned for awhile, the phone number listed on the building no longer exists because when you dial the number, you get an automatic message to tell you that you have dialled an correct number and to please check and try again. This led me to come onto here to obviously check number that I dialled. Unfortunately this is exactly the same number as I rang from outside the shop so Im going to presume that they are no longer trading. Its a shame because it wouldve been fantastic to have had it dog grooming services literally on my doorstep especially as there is a pet shop just across the road from there. I dont often do reviews but I thought I should leave this to make sure that nobody else got caught out that so that you know this business is never be trading and needs to be removed from Google.

This is the second time now that I've made an appointment, arrive on time and then the groomer themselves does not bother showing up! I then try and contact her via FB messenger and then I tried to ring her and she doesn't even read the messages! It's a disgrace! Once is a mistake but twice is down right taking the Mickey. This is not how you run a professional bussiness and I do not recommend short barking and sides ever again. Complete time waster and an absolute joke.
