What excellent service I received from Tracey, the dispensing optician in store today. She was so friendly and helpful, especially with frame selection. The store is still following Covid rules so I felt very safe inside. To top off the whole experience the prices (120 for two pairs) simply cannot be beaten especially if you have a complex prescription as I do. Highly recommended, top customer service and amazing value for money!

Make sure you turn up one hour before your appointment time the reception cant even get the appointment times right, after I double checked the time with them the day before by phone call. I was told I need to rebook an appointment another day, no your ok thank you I will take my money else where but thank you for me losing 2hrs off my work time and money for your mistake. Absolute Shambles

Ive just collected my glasses from Asda opticians Wolstanton I am so impressed with the service quality and price would recommend them 100% thankyou to all the staff

Eye test appointment brilliant Eye test was brilliant choosing glasses was Brilliant Then had eyes measured brilliant I got sun glasses included brilliant I thought I could leave a deposit of half the amount as I wasnt told any different Only to find I needed the full price so nipped home and back within the hour and paid in full 2 weeks later rang to see when glasses will be ready and was told I hadnt paid and glasses were still on hold awaiting payment. After much searching my payment was found Im now having to wait a further 2 weeks
