        A 418 load of HEADACHES. I wanted refund but was told that would not be forthcoming, so I'm stuck with a pair of glasses that I will never use. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE !!! I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SPECSAVERS. AVOID SCRIVENS !!!

        After wearing the wrong prescription for the last 2 years, I have now found an optician who actually knows what he's doing (and he's been doing it for 50 years!!!) not like the rude man I saw at Scrivens Wolstanton 2 years ago, who argued with me!!! Overpriced, unhelpful and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

        Cheap glasses, poor service. Won't give details over the phone "by law". In other words, you need to go into store so they can flog you a new pair. Rude staff. Avoid.
