Can't thank you enough. My Aunts (very old) stairlift stopped working late on Tuesday afternoon, the next day Ann called to see my Aunt at home, the day after that a new stairlift had been fitted, all with 48 hours ! Excellent service! Caring, compassionate & trustworthy, means such a lot when visiting vulnerable people in their own homes. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Ann and the rest of the team

My patients old stair lift broke. Castle comforts answered my calls for help out of work hours in the evening. They offered to loan us equipment for downstairs living to keep my patient safe. Then they came out the very next day to assess and the following day fitted a new one to my patients satisfaction. We are very pleased with this service. Thank you

Nothing is too much for Keith and Ann at Castle Comfort. They are the epitome of service with a capital S. Their product knowledge is extensive and they work hard to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with whatever you buy. Their aftercare is superb. Very impressive!
