Millbrook Healthcare (SILIS)

If there was 0 stars I would leave none. A company of liars and con artists. Ripped out our bathroom and left. Have been trying for 6 weeks to get them to return and complete the job. Have regularly been lied to about timescales. Have been tricked into waiting until people are on annual leave before calling back. I would not go anywhere near this company.

This conpany takes the Micheal out of the people its targeting and meant to help. Passed pillar to post with changing of works plans that most were told we didnt need. Wanted 17,000 for a kitchen adaptation when it will cost less than half that at a proper reputable non disabled grant robbing company. Disgusting staff Linda left the workplace thankfully but that left our plans in the limbo and they eventually fell through after 3 years negotiating. Waste of time and space how this conpany exists I do not know they are surviving off the no questions asked grants given by the government.

Helped us with a disability grant. Promised so much. 2 years of crsp half arsed jobs from the people they hired (Broad Oak) and then Millbrook asked us if we would sign the work off, which we said no to until the job were finished. Someone came in to clean up a bit of damp (scrubbed it, didn't damp proof or anything) which we were annoyed with... but we never heard from anyone again. Job and work was signed off. We now have a mouldy bathroom, and a front door that is missing bricks, cleverly hidden by fascias... ridiculous.
