As the manager of the telephone answering team at Castle Comfort I'll comment on this rather odd recent 'review' from a Mr Max. We have no record of any call from him as all incoming conversations are monitored and recorded. Looking at the gentleman's other interesting reviews of businesses local to him he seems to be from St Albans in Herts. Some error here therefore, but more over - any of the thousands of people we have dealt with over 25 years would vouch that we are certainly not the business he refers to. Thank you. As a regular Internet user and visitor to this site, I was surprised to see a "one star" review for Castle Comfort Centre" - the first ever, I think!! I have been a totally satisfied customer of Castle Comfort Centre from its early days and I would never go anywhere else for mobility needs. The care and attention lavished on my mother when she needed a stair lift in the final weeks of her life were superb and her life was briefly made easier until she finally had to surrender and go into a hospice. As soon as her funeral was over, I contacted Castle Comfort Centre and asked them to remove the stairlift and within a day it was gone, so no sad reminders at a tragic time. I also remember that I was so grateful for the help and support that it never occurred to me to question the refund I received. I would have given the stairlift away at that time so the financial aspect was purely academic. What good is money when you have just lost your Mother? I can only thank Castle Comfort Centre for helping me in my hour of need, and since then I have always gone back to them and recommended them to any other friends and relatives with mobility problems. Bless you ! I should add that my review should have been five stars !! I have corrected this now!!
