I called Horizon Heating to my property as I could smell gas which was coming from my boiler which had been installed for over 40 years. Dominic confirmed my suspicion and I felt right from the start of meeting him he would do a great job of installing a new boiler for me. I was happy with his quote bearing in mind that I requested the boiler to be moved from my kitchen to the garage. I am absolutely delighted with his kind attention, care with my property and patience when he hit a couple of snags. Dominic is polite and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I would definitely recommend Dominic. Best gas engineer I have ever used and will be using him again.

I called Horizon Heating to ask for help with an ongoing issue with my boiler that still wasnt fixed, despite attempted repairs from two other companies. I was starting to think that I would have to replace the boiler. Dominic arrived when he said he would and diagnosed the fault within 30 mins, he clearly knows his trade very well! He came back first thing the following morning (as promised) with the part which he quickly replaced and the boiler has ran perfectly ever since. Dominic was very courteous, polite and respectful - particularly of my home, wearing shoe covers to protect my floors. I would recommend Dominic in a heartbeat to anyone needing the services of a professional, experienced and reliable gas engineer

Had my boiler moved from the bathroom to the loft space above. Communication was great leading up to the job and all work was completed professionally within times / prices quoted. I also use these guys for my boiler services and annual gas safety checks for rental properties. Highly recommended.
