I went to the shop as Id had my carpets from there a few years before. Unfortunately, its had a change in ownership. I thought I was part of a hidden camera show, the shop was so dingy and ramshackle, and really should have walked out straight away but didnt. I only wanted cushion floor for my bathroom and chose a high quality one - whilst taking my order, the owner took a personal call to make arrangements for his night out. Again, I was on the point of walking out. The fitter only worked on a Friday and the owner pretty much shrugged when I said that wasnt good for me, as I worked full time and could only work from home on Thursdays. Finally, a Friday was agreed but the cutting round the bath left a lot to be desired and I had to go to the shop to discuss it. Again, the owner shrugged and told me the fitter, if he had to come back, could only do a Friday again and did I want money off instead - no, I didnt! It was dealt with, eventually, but has already lifted twice in less than a year. I spent more for good quality - this has a 20 year guarantee - but I expect Ill be replacing it within the next year. Id never go back and could never recommend them. Ive just had new carpets throughout my house and the professional experience I received from Vogue Carpets could not have been more different.
