Fantastic staffs and well organized and clean care home. I worked there as a agency staff and it feels like our own home. Permanent staffs are very friendly and they work really really hard. They always keep the residents and care home very healthy and clean. There is no discrimination between agency staffs and permanent staffs everyone work together.

Most of the workers are indians and they will discriminate and tell you a single mistake from you direct to the manager . A indian too . Who you tell you hey you can not enter like that can waite outside ? Than you will feel humiliated after work hard . The worst place for new workers .

Poor management i went for a interview the manager doesn't want see your qualifications or other paperwork and she said that the qualifications isnt suitable and you dont need them etc there's no support with anything....
