Twice now, they sent the mixed kebab with salad with just donner meat and probably two pieces of lettuce but still charged for it. We called up to enquire just to get an arguing staff member who "saw it being put together with his own eyes" and how we were wrong. Well it clearly isn't on there, mate.
Then sent the delivery driver up to apologise for them instead of calling us back, "they will add the shish meat next time". It wasn't the poor driver's fault so why they sent him back, I don't know.
Lost a customer who has ordered for years as customer service is so bad now.
