My 80 year old mum waited over half an hour to see a gp then one hour for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy next door! Having left my dad at home (a demensia and Alzhimers sufferer) which she informed the staff about. On top of being ill she was extremely upset and stressed. Appointment was at 4.15 arrived home at 6.15 no show of concern or empathy. I am fuming!

Receptionist are not properly trained for theyre job and role. Theyre not really listening to your needs and you get the information that they dont care, even though peopels lives and wellbeing is at stake. My mother needs a net fitnote as shes not feeling well. We first called on thursday as the last fitnote was due to expire on sunday, they first told us to call later that day, we calledgot the same answer to call later or tomorrow( friday). Same thing happened on friday after 2 phone calls where we were told to call later weve been told to call next week on tuesday. On Tuesday we called again, after a long waiting time we are told to call again later. On the last call later that day we are told that actually we won t get a fitnote until the current one expires, info that was not comunicated on the previous 6 phone calls, so now we are expecting a phone call from them as they mentioned it will be ready today ( Wednesday )no phone call came The other thing that bothers us is that whenever we call we have to wait for atleast 15-25 min but if we call from a different phone number we get an answer in less than a minute. You should be ashamed!!! 1 star is too much for your services!

Booked in for stitches to be taken out had the wait a week longer than advised and then waited in the waiting area far to long and they weren't busy as I was 1 of 2 in the waiting area, so told the receptionist I couldn't wait any longer and left, had to remove stitches myself at home. Receptionist staff were very pleasant even when booking, but getting seen to is not the best service given
