After dealing with Demon Motorsport Ltd on Ebay, I feel obliged to leave 5* feedback on Google. Admittedly in my personal experience I had issues with a product ( manufacturing defect ) The chaps at Demon rectified my issue quickly and professionally, responding to messages outside of work hours. You will not find companies like this with such exceptional customer service. I will advise not to hesitate to purchase from this Company Mark

Excellent customer service , resolved an issue that was my fault not theirs very quickly Email replys during the dialogue were clear and was a pleasure to be dealing with the company.

Unfortunately they seem to show no interest with my messages on EBAY since it has passed the date in which i can leave a feedback. Ordered the lance on 27/12/2019 and paid nearly 10 (lance was 15) for special delivery in hope that i could use it on my days off. It did not arrive until 02/01/2020. No attempt was made to refund the delivery cost but i accecpted that as it was New Years and didn't want to make a fuss out of it. 5 months into using it (maybe once or twice a month just to wash the car) the plastic adapter connecting the metal lance to the pressure washer has snapped in mid use. As a result it fell onto my car and left a mark. I wrote to them and the reply i received was that they have never seen a fitting snap or cause any damage followed by an advise that i can buy another attachment from them. I explained that perhaps the problem is more relevant to this particular adapter as the joint is quite thin which can be clearly seen on the cross section of the broken pieces and a significant pivotal force is applied to it from the heavy metal lance that it has to hold. I expressed that i was quite dissapointed at how little use i have had out of it and how there was no attempt to replace the lance or rectify the issue. Could have atleast sent a replacement adapter which probably cost next to nothing. I have had no reply since.
