Took both kids in for feet measurements, and was told one had plenty of room in his current shoes but our daughter could do with the next size. Maria helped us to pick styles similar to what we liked and was brilliant with the kids.

Dreadful experience. No other customers in but after 20 minutes came out without buying anything. The 2 staff looked like work experience. I asked the female member of staff if I could have a pair of shoes in my size she did not even acknowledgeme but passed the one shoe to her young male colleague and walked off. I asked if they had a size 5 and a half and he went upstairs to look. He came back apologising they did not have this size but they had a 6 and a half! I had been prepared to buy 2 pairs of shoes today at a cost of 120 but walked out shaking my head. Clarke's - you have lost a loyal customer today. Abysmal.
