        A great workout, excellent equipment and the Box12 workouts change regularly so it keeps you on your toes! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of getting fit/trying something new. Certainly not your usual gym, easy to follow sessions and great support from staff in a really friendly environment.
