        Were having issues with one of their managed propertys that is next door to ours. Constant excuses from the landlord/letting agents and no responses when contacted.

        After searching for a rental property for a while the whole experience was excellent. The staff call when they say, take the actions they say and follow up, not to mention they do this is a friendly approachable personable manner. I think too often the crazy rental market is seen as the goose that will lay the golden egg no matter how badly you treat it, service at many agencies is absolutely terrible. In more challenging times this service level will win customers.

        Both Jack and Cathy at Stephenson Browne were courteous and very helpful. Throughout our process of selling and buying, they were the best help that we received by far. They even helped with queries on our selling (not done through them) when our agent was not helping. I highly recommend them, and will not hesitate to use them if I need an agent in the future.
