This was my second time at this pharmacy and I had to pick the same prescription as last time eight weeks ago. However I was told the price was two times more than last time, and the reason is that I was prescribed a single dose containing eye drops for both eyes once a day for eight weeks., the pharmacist thought each single dose container was for one eye only hence I needed 112 doses (2*7*8=112) for 6 weeks. However, I explained to him that a single dose container contained more than 5 to 6 drops and it is safe to use for both eyes, as this is what my eye doctor and the other pharmacist who served me last time says. Hence I only needed half of the doses he said I needed (56). However, after I explained this to him, he got annoyed and became really rude, saying he was following the standard where if I don't agree with what he says, go somewhere else because they were gonna say the same thing. Well, guess what after confirming with my doctor and another pharmacist in another pharmacy, what you said were complete non sense and I am now walking away with 60 doses (2 boxes with 30 doses) from another pharmacy, with the same price 8 weeks ago. To the pharmacist who served me If you happened to not know how some medicine work, stop being so ignorant and naive and go educate yourself because it is your job to give out the right amount of medicine not scamming people to buy unnecessary doses. If you hate your job, quit cause nobody deserves to receive your unprofessional attitude

AVOID If you want advice I really wouldnt ask this chemist. Just phoned up for some advice as Im feeling rather unwell and its not even covid related to hear a colleague sigh, in a dismissive tone she wants to speak to a pharmacist I did tell her there wasnt one in may I just add you hadnt told me there wasnt one in you told me to wait a second. I heard the whole conversation to the point where the pharmacist sighed and came on the phone with a dismissive tone also. Try boots chemist theyre far nicer. I only rang this one as its up the road. I will be putting in an official complaint. Cheers Morrisons

Had to pick up a prescription for my partner who has a repeat prescription, because it wasn't ready , I had to pay full price for a few days supply, before having to go back a few days later to pay again for the full prescription..long story short, after digging around its because the pharmacy was behind. I asked if the emergency supply could be deducted from the full prescription ( as they have done for us before) and was told that is illegal.. robbed, not impressed
