I had visited the JD store yesterday with my friend. We were looking for some nice T shirts.When I was searching for t-shirts, I saw two female staffs standing near me started laughing at me and Started commenting. It felt so bad and we left the shop immediately.

My order was delayed so spoke to Mohammed at JD sport customer service and he was very helpful! Managed to sort it with a refund

Oh man lol, i walked in to this place on my lunch hour 2 days in a row.. I was serious bcuz my partners birthday really soon i needed help.. Both times i walked around but nobody helped, the young girls were at the back watchin the young guy flex his muscles.. Even he wasembarrassed whenjen saw me holding the 1 trainer for my partners birthday today in the air.. I bought the trainers at very expensive price because i could not get anywhere else and that is the only reason... The service is really shocking.. The customer service is so sad now, it seems to be everywhere.
