I bought 2 tyres for my Wife's car in November 2022, 5 months and less than 500 miles later , I have to change the same tyres because they are dangerously worn . I cannot risk putting my family in danger because I was sold fake/used tyres despite paying for new ones. A giant autoshop like this should be trustworthy, I usually buy all my tyres from here but I won't be patronising any establishment that put my family in danger. It's bad experience, the shop is usually a perfect one until now.

I have never been to a garage as bad as this one. Damaged wheels and terrible customer service from the management. Denied it happening. I would recommend not using this garage. Avoid at all costs.

I got a free winter check, free wheel alignment with my MOT by booking it online which was fantastic. Though I got advisories for all brake pads and the 2 front disc brakes, which i was expecting. They also gave an advisory for the and I quote "the front left bush or macpherson strut worn", well they are 2 completely different parts so the MOT couldn't of been done thoroughly by the technician. They quoted me 393 (159 for front discs, 84.50 for front brake pads, 84.00 for rear brake pads which adds up to 327.50 and then VAT on top of that of 65.50). I got all the parts myself from their supplier (euro carparts) for just under 84. It only takes a couple of hours to do the job on my drive. If anything it is a rip off quote and it can not be justified even with their technicians wages thrown in the mix who are barely over minimum wage if at all. I'll be taking my car else where from now on. They seem like real cowboys and I have heard a lot of people saying how bad they are since the MOT.
