I'm giving it a low score not because there's anything wrong with the stock, it's the self service tills way at the back of the store. They are really inconveniently positioned and the cause of long queues. Most people are familiar with self service now so there should be a designated area for those tills away from the old fashioned ones.

Spent ages walking around choosing clothes. Went to the changing rooms to find they were closed! Total waste of time. Nobody even in there to ask.

Great range of clothes at good prices...but the staff make it a difficult experience to enjoy. Walking in, the meet and greet member of staff was leaning against the trolleys watching you walk in, not a word just an awkward stare. They've taken self service to a new level in which I was told to take my items off the counter and do it myself, remove the tags and everything. I understand this is a "keeps costs low" but the offer of help seemed counter intuitive and patronising. Then upon leaving, the staff who I am now convinced had their elbow glued to the trolley they are leaning on, watched another customer struggle with their trolley and knock over items in the kids section. They eventually piped up and said "don't worry about" as they leant and watched the embarrassed customer leave.
