Shocking experience with this company. I sold my phone with them and they said they would send a postage label to me, it never turned up. They then asked me to wait 7 days for it to arrive and still never turned up so they sent another label. I packaged the phone up and stuck the label to the parcel, when I arrived at the post office there was no barcode to scan. I have since sent 3 emails over the last week for another label to be sent with no reply what so ever. I then decided to read their reviews on here and have since sold my phone with another company.

Avoid avoid avoid. They offered me 92 for an s9+ sent it and they've sent photos back of a different phone,offering 6 pounds. Not even the same colour saying it has a chip and is scratched. It didn't have a scratch on it when sent. Absolute con artists......

I was offered an amazing price for my phone. I posted it and within 3 working days I was emailed to confirm the phone was received and then payment was transferred into my account the same day. Very impressive.

Sent phone off to Meelie, with a screen protector on that has been there from new. They offered me a reduced amount due to scratches on the screen. Asked them to send phone back as there is no way that was possible. Phone has arrived back with two deep scratches on the screen that weren't there when it went in.

Positive: 24/7 open Negative: 1. There is only 1 men's toilet. (not enough) there are often 150-200 people in the gym at the same time. 2. Some machines are too close together. 3. Not enough rope, rod, etc. for cable machines. 4. Complete chaos at the dumbbell rack. the benches are close to each other. the arrangement of the weights is not the best. the benches are low and the mirror is high. you can't see yourself, so you can't correct it with the help of the mirror. This is my opinion.
