The worse place I have ever worked in my opinion where the drivers were encouraged to break transport rules ie. leaving the tacho on break and loading the vehicles ready for next delivery also leaving tacho on break while delivering in break times pay structure ridiculous working overtime but you guessed you weren't getting paid for as you got 3 weeks at a low rate and then a bigger rate on 4th (nobody could work out the wage structure) week left after 13 weeks to stay on the right side of transport laws so many drivers have left as I knew of 3 when I was there and regularly heard of drivers leaving as they delivered to a factory in Leek where my partner worked in fact regular delivery firms employed workers would say " I bet you won't stay long ", how right they were, never again.

It's difficult to find companies that can be trusted these days but Berser are very professional. Punctual and have extremely competitive prices, if you don't think so, it's worth giving Lawrence a nudge to see what he can do! Brilliant all round!
