Fab store, extremely helpful staff. Booked my holiday quickly, making my payments is super quick, and have also being helpful when I have had questions to ask, and I always have loads hehe! Struggled to set up the app, so when I went in to pay, they set that up for me really quickly 2.

Very helpful staff, sorted out the best options for my husband and I, and spent time doing this. Excellent customer service was carried on even when we weren't there. Highly recommend.

We visited tui newcastle under lyme 2 times this past week to discuss our honeymoon options . The service here was enjoyable. We sat chatting about what we like and what we were looking for. The first visit was nice tht we had alot of personal experience information about the Riu hotels . The second time a lovely lady was patient enough to go through our options but we decided to stick with the recommendation of the Riu hotels and we booked our honeymoon! The staff here are so pleasant to talk to . Its a relax environment that we felt so good after booking and left with confidence we are going to enjoy our honeymoon . Amazing service . Thank you for all your help!
