I would not reccomend this service at all. One of the main high ups broke confidentiality without asking me and i was not at risk myself and noone else was at risk. When I stated to the manager that they should be abiding by confidentiality policy's she stated that the charity do not have any confidentiality policy's at all. This particular high up person thought that she knew everything too which she did not. Another person who I also spoke to that had used the service had the same experience too. When u try to have a conversation with said high up person about how what they did was wrong they did not want to listen at all. I then spoke to one of the trustees who said I can put in a formal complaint however I have that much going on I just didn't bother as this high up won't listen anyway and nothing will be done. Apparently this person has had many complaints too. I would not reccomend at all if I'm honest. ***edit once sass responded*** The member of staff did breach confidentality and i had a conversation with one of the trustees who also agreed that this particular member of staff did break confidentality. I did not keep recordings of the phone calls at all. When i also asked who the person was above the person who broke confidentality she said in the chat with another member (name of said person) whos above me god?! I will not be taking this any futher but nhs services/staff are aware of the nature in which u broke confidentality and also have not reccomended your service to people due to this also and people need to be aware of what this organisation really is.

The whole team are amazing. They put you ease as soon as you meet them. Ive received all sorts of professional help for my autism and mental health and I have found SAAS to be the most supportive. I would definitely recommend SAAS to anyone out there who needs/wants extra support for their autism. The Facebook support groups are a big help and the team are always on call to answer any questions or help in whatever way they can. I can not thank them enough for everything that theyve done for me the reassurance, information and care they provide is excellent. Well done SAAS

This organisation is not helpful, I left a review on the 18th and & they replied to myself saying the exact same thing they were saying when we had the disagreement, saying that the world is not as black and white as I make it out to be, which in essence is making me out to be a simpleton, I am not trying to make the world out to be a simple place and black and white, & to make that statement is insulting and depriving of ones credibility, The issue is these people speak in a incomprehensible nonsensical style with no input literally the conversation goes nowhere. they have no response with meaning or information just answers that are vague incomprehensible with a sense of trying to be enigmatic, when really it is all nonsense talk. I said is that people who live with total isolation don't make up the majority of society, there go to answer for everything is "however, like it or not, the world is not as black-and-white as we seek to perceive it" I've encountered this mannerism before many times they dont have any valuable input so to make themselves out to be intellectually superior they instead answer questions while attempting to be enigmatic, For example I asked a very simple question to gather some understanding on who I was dealing with, if i said 99.9% of people in the world lived with Parkinson's disease! Would that be true or false, again.. "however, like it or not, the world is not as black-and-white as we seek to perceive it" They go around and around in circles with no proper input only trying to sound wise and knowledgeable by while attempting to be painfully enigmatic, they cant give any response to anything without absolute nonsense, they said it would take two hours to answer a question.
