Nic Is a useless arrogant person, has no time for customers, absolutely zero custom after sales care. Completely unresponsive to messages, just takes your money and dose the dash I'd avoid this company, there only interested in sales, getting a deposit, getting it sold then shutting the door on you

Tried to book my bike in for work to be done as it was recalled by Kawasaki and they're the nearest garage to me that is registered to repair off-road bikes. I was fobbed off many times, they only had one mechanic that's on holiday half the year bla bla bla. Couldn't ever give me a date to do the work. Kawasaki even called them to ask them to call me to arrange to do the work and they still didn't get in touch. They don't want the work. Wouldn't recommend to anybody I'd rather travel the 3 hours it's going to take to get to the next nearest garage in South Wales.

in my experience with these to start with was great went and looked and put a deposit down for a crf450r 2006 was told it would be "track ready". when i finish payment i did ask if i could see it running before my last payment but that never happened. on the day going to pick the bike up lets just say it wasnt track ready and they could barely kick it in when they did you could tell nothing had been done on this bike.Anyway after getting home couldn't kick it in when i did i couldn't get it to stay idle as it hasnt been setup (but track ready right), so begins the diagnostics of this so called track ready bike and finding everything that's wrong heres a small list front forks not from a 450r all plastics snapped in some way wrong bolts for bascically everything bent front wheel slow throttle return clutch cable stretched hot start cable ready to snap hot start installed upside down throttle cable frayed clutch basket and hub need replacing wrong spacers in rear wheel (fell out when removed) missing washers front and rear wheel swing arm bearing shot rear shock bearing shot (top and bottom) needs a carb rebuild rear wheel hub been welded rear sprocket warped front sprocket missing spacer and washer damaged chain broke/snapped bolts inside the engine JB WELD! on outer engine front brake line burned (somehow?) front brake rebuild needed no knowledge of hours used frame number worn (missing numbers) the list is endless i also noticed parts had been changed and put on ebay! i definetly saw a clutch lever which was on my bike which they removed and put on ebay then replaced with a genric rip of lever after 3 months and 600 still not running right (missed summer/autum season) have left messages, emails when i call i get hes not there blah blah blah so if you go dk and have to deal with Nick good luck he'll promise everything and deliver a nail. i paid 2.399 and its worth at most 1200 needs around 1500 spending on it... saw me coming and pulled my pants down. theres plenty of other none scammy mx places dk will just rip you of oh and to put icing on the cake soon as they sold me the bike the very next day and i mean the next day they put on ebay wheel set, chain bracket etc loads of bits for that bike absolute joke should of used them parts and put them on my bike before i picked it up instead they know i'll be looking for parts and try and make more money out of me. just out of shear principal i'll never buy anything from you lot. Thanks for ruining buying my first MX bike good job i'm thick skinned.
