I have no hesitation in recommending Lyndsey Marchant for any occupational health issue your business has. My employee fell and broke her wrist. I did not know how to handle that from a HR and employee wellbeing perspective. Fortunately, I knew I could trust Lyndsey to advise.
She carried out an assessment within a day. She issued a full report advising me of what adjustments I could make as an employer. She also advised the employee that staying at work was better in the circumstances. Without Lyndseys report, I would have had an employee off sick for weeks, extra costs hiring cover, extra upheaval for other staff and more stress.
Everyone needs a healthcare professional like Lyndsey who can balance the wellbeing of the employee and the needs of the employer in a fair matter.
