Totally loving the online dance fitness class from Art Brasil on a Monday evening... there's a great sense of community, with people dancing in their own homes (& gardens) across the country! And although we can't see each other, we all know we're rocking it out together. Being able to continue this class throughout lockdown & beyond has been so important to me; I wouldn't miss it for the world!

I signed up to a 6 week taster course a few years ago... it was literally one of the best things I ever did! I enjoyed it so much I was almost begging them to let me join the band ... it never grows old... it's the 'funnest' thing of my week ... Mika is the most patient, talented, knowledgable teacher I've ever met ... everyone is welcoming and everyone is welcomed ... I never really experienced the reality of a totally inclusive group until I met Mika and everyone at Art Brasil ... This review sounds a bit too good to be real doesn't it? but I assure you it's real. The music is exhilerating, the band experience is exciting, the people are just lovely, it's all a bit addictive really Highly recommended (as you've probably guessed)

I really enjoy the over 50s Brazilian dance class. Relaxed atmosphere and a fun hour with easy to follow exercise steps. No egos, just people moving around learning and improving dance steps each week. Im not a big exercise person, Ive never attended a dance class before. I avoid gyms so Its the only class I go to. Its good for the body and mind.

Attended the summer workshop, 6 weeks of brain training with lovely people . Mika is a brilliant teacher, makes it fun and varied. Everyone is so supportive in a relaxed fun way. Still have Leon running through our heads and hope to join another workshop next year.
