She really listened to us and didn't try and sell us anything inappropriate, whilst also explaining her recommendations really clearly. Although I was a little apprehensive of discussing important financial matters with an advisor, I found Chris Flynn very approachable, knowledgeable and comfortable to deal with. After several meetings, when Chris explained in great detail the best way to invest my pension funds to my specific requirements, I agreed to move forward with his recommendations.
