Awful experience. You can source these products yourself for a fraction of the price. We saved over 2000 ordering the same things ourselves. Adam went from being helpful and considerate during a tough time to completely turning on me and sending me a barrage of horrible messages demanding I buy my bathroom from him! I would avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience and customer service from start to finish! I visited the Bliss showroom and spoke with Jack who was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I decided to arrange a home visit for my bathroom to be measured the following week and received a 3d design of it not long after, before making my final decisions. I also spoke with Adam who was very helpful and kept me updated regularly along the way. He was also able to quickly source the bathroom furniture and at the best price (much cheaper than quotes I recieved from other companies ). Even helping to organise local fitters, the Bliss team have gone above and beyond to provide a truly first class experience. I would definitely recommend Bliss if you're in the local area and looking for a new bathroom or kitchen!

Terrible, ordered a part on Monday and rang Wednesday as I had no email confirmation. Spoke to someone very underwhelmed who gave the impression they hadnt even ordered it. I cancelled it over the phone and by email. No refund or contact as yet so had to contact PayPal. Very poor business. Buyer beware !!!! I wish I had read these one star reviews before I purchased this item. I will certainly be avoiding them for my new shower room and kitchen.
