Fantastic Care Providers, dedicated and caring staff. The management organised a lovely BBQ for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee for staff, clients and their relatives. It was nice to finally be able to meet up after the restrictions of Covid. Looking forward to more social events.

Worst care company ever. Let down by management. Don't trust them .they are trouble Haven't got a clue about complex care . They are only trained up for the tea & toast calls

The carers of this company are very good. They are let down by a very poor set of managers. The only time you receive any contact is when they call family to cover their shifts - one week it was 5 shifts. The next week 3 shifts. Group leaders were caught on camera ignoring my dad while they rang people to flag off other carers or were outside gardening. Several times they were asked to call family but never did. Management, against family and the actual carers wishes (who knew dad best), tried to rob him of his mobility by threatening staff that they would have disciplinary action against them if they didnt use a hoist instead - even though the sling was incorrect. Putting both staff and my dad in harm - but they didnt care - very much bullying tactics. With the right management the company could have been good but all they seem to do is treat the clients and staff poorly with many that we know unhappy and even leaving due to poor treatment. If you care for your family, stay clear as leadership makes this a company only in it for the money.

Austin Ben is a great company to work for all staff are so supportive and welcoming. Lovely clients also who make going to work not a chore but enjoyable:)
