I am so very annoyed with this place and am putting in a formal complaint. I attended light therapy treatment on a number of occasions and had a final 2 appointments organised, however, due to COVID issues with a nurse self isolating my final 2 appointments were cancelled to be rearranged when the nurse was back. When i phoned, having heard nothing, i was informed I had been discharged because i had missed 3 appointments - i did NOT miss them and said as such, that I had cancelled one appointment and the clinic had cancelled 2 appointments. They are ignoring me and still stating I am discharged and further adding to my anxiety and flare of my skin condition.

Waist the time ...I wait for appoitment since march for biopsy , doctor didn't show And no one could contact her no expaination...

After informing the consultant that the tablets Id been prescribed didnt agree with me, his answer was so what do u want me to do. Completely unhelpful and in some cases rude. I wonder if I wasnt referred under the nhs, his approach might of been different?

Gave wrong diagnosis, could not get me out quick enough, it's a question if I was in there for any longer than 2 minutes, terrible place

I went for a skin biopsy, there were three staff I saw , Carla, Jess ( I think) not brilliant remembering names. All the staff were professional, friendly and helpful, putting me at ease immediately. Everything was explained well. Excellent experience, definitely recommend
