        Went to this branch today to be refused depositing my own cash into my own account! - cashiers not got a clue about the law and business, I was told I have to deposit my business cash into a business account which isnt true but they wouldnt accept my money, had to go To another branch where they were much friendlier and actually took my it without the third degree

        A perfect branch for not having to go into the town centre. Friendly staff. Does get alot of business banking so expect a wait sometimes.

        I would like to say a big thank you to the amazing staff at this branch nothing is too much trouble and they are always pleasant. They spent time helping me out yesterday. To which I will be forever grateful

        Waiting time is far too long. Five people waiting to be served whilst 2 staff chatted to a customer about trainers for 20 minutes!!! Poor service

        Very convenient Natwest with a small car park. Saves me going into town and having to pay for parking. The staff have always been friendly and it hasn't been too busy the last 2 times I've been.
