They are deliberately slow in dealing with matters; they were not my solicitors but were the solicitors of the third party. As such my complaint to the ombudsman could not be dealt with. Two years and four months to deal with getting a house put on the market and selling it.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SOLICITORS ! I would never ever recommend to anyone, all through the selling process we were messed around , we were all set to complete on the Friday , removal van booked as normal people do due to a move of home to receive a phone call telling us to unload the removal van back to our property as completion wasn't taking place , I can honestly say I am still scarred from this day now , this move cost us a fortune due to incompetence, then over all a month on we eventually moved totally lied to and still even now do not know the reason for this ! , all we had was lies , and I am aware the solicitor handling our case has since left so apparently they cannot find out why this day was made the worst day of my life . AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
