I am so disappointed in aspire as I bidded on a house and have been waiting for 2 weeks for someone to get back to me to let me know if I was successful or not as it has been shortlisted for all that amount of time, little did I know (or anybody else who bidded on the same property) it had already been let out to somebody who the landlord new needed emergency accommodation, Baring in mind I'm in band 2 and me and my children are living in a refuge.the ignorance from aspire have been appalling.

So far I cannot fault them. I registered online, I was contacted by phone a couple of weeks later, they asked me questions without being insensitive to my situation. Everyone I've spoken to upto this point has been polite, understanding and professional
