        I have been going to Concept for Hair for a few months now, usually I have felt they do an alright job, if not sometimes a bit unwelcoming on arrival, but after today I will never be returning. I got to my 10:15 appointment 5 minutes late due to traffic, I arrived and apologised but was told very arrogantly that I was very late, there was an obvious mix up on appt times as they thought my appointment was scheduled for 10:00. The attitude I was shown by the owner was absolutely disgusting all because of an honest mistake. Extremely rude and unprofessional and the situation could have been handled a lot differently. Also, just to add this is not the first time I have witnessed the owners awful attitude. I was previously warned about this place, but thought I would make my own judgements and give it a chance, but now I really dont want anyone to make the same mistake as me. Avoid this place at all costs!!! Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Kids' cuts
