        This cover is a very useful thing to have. I was tentative at first as it was just another cost, but 2 years later, I was so grateful to have accepted this. I have French doors at the back of my house and my dog decided to run at the glass fetching his ball and shattered it along with damaging the cill. I rang the office to claim on my SPC cover and the service was brilliant. Within a week, my door glass and cill was replaced at no extra cost. For 85 a year, I certainly recommend!

        They took money out of my husbands bank account 2 years after windows were fitted by their previous company name EUROSEAL WINDOWS, we paid by cheque and they set up a Direct debit without his knowledge, what a scam, we never agreed to pay 85 per year insurance for the windows, the windows they fitted are awful too, wind keeps whistling through when they are shut! Keep away from these people!!!
