Having read the reviews, online, we arranged for a large tree to be maintained. Mr Wells filled us with confidence; RHS certificated, knowledge of tree protection, 30+ years of expertise. He visited us twice, with a visual plan, which we agreed to. Mr Wells arrived, as planned, but has unfortunately ruined our tree. Branches hacked off, too many branches removed, uneven tree shape. We have spent extra money, on top of the 125 cash payment, to repair the tree as best we can. It will never look right. Mr Wells assured us that he had followed the plan and stepped back, regularly, to assess his work. Our home CCTV, sadly, tells a different story! We have tried to liaise with Mr Wells however he believes that he does not have a case to answer. We would not recommend Brampton Garden Services, Newcastle-u-Lyme, I'm afraid to say. Attached photos show the tree, last summer, and after the tree was maintained by this business in April 2022. Service: Yard work

You will see from the attached photos my project from start to Finnish. Steve at Brampton Garden Services was given a brief to work to whilst also adding ideas of his own along the way. We used many of the services that they offered within their portfolio, a budget was made and kept, they also delivered on time, excellent communication all the way. I would definitely recommend Brampton garden Services Services: Lawn mowing & maintenance, Yard work, Mulching, Grass seeding, Weed control
