On behalf of the entire family, I want to thank you and everyone at Rowland and Foulkes for the caring and professional manner in which you handled the services for my Dad through Covid and also now my Mum , It was a very difficult situation for us and we are still struggling in dealing with her loss and now also the loss of our brother/nephew which you will be looking after him too , you and your staff did an exemplary job in working with us through this tough time. The Team at Rowland & Foulkes from the first meeting dealt with the passing of our loved one with empathy understanding to convey our wishes without the confronting questions of what we wanted. Interested in our family values and then guided with options to give our loved family the best respectful funeral. The most respectful out take finance was not mentioned other services not pushed for example florists but everything arranged was of the highest standard and respect . Final note the account was more than acceptable it sounds disrespectful to discuss cost at the time of a loss of a loved one, however it is reassuring that you do not feel you cannot give your loved one the best you can with cars, flowers etc., The team of Rowland & Foulkes caring, professional everything delivered to the highest of standards

Couldn't have asked for a better service. John was such a comfort and helped myself and family whilst we were dealing with the sudden death of my 19 year old daughter. He handled everything with such care and compassion. He was able to help us get through a very difficult time and helped us with every aspect of the funeral. John made sure he kept in contact at all times and was always available if we ever needed him regardless of the time or day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these amazing people if your in need of someone to take care of not just the lived one you lost but the whole family. John and his team went out of their way to ensure Mum had the funeral she had wanted, even at late notice enabling us to live stream the funeral. They were very sensitive and kind, providing guidance during a very difficult time. We cant thank them enough. Donnas flowers were beautiful and just what Mum asked for.

After losing my beloved dad we were recommended John and Darren of Rowland and foulkes by a family friend. They were compassionate, caring and totally professional in guiding all the family through this difficult time nothing was to much trouble. John and Darren helped to comfort my mum by their kind words and thoughtfulness. The whole family cannot rate them enough the service we received went above and beyond our expectations.
