Heathcote Street Surgery

The medical professionals at this surgery are second to none. The issue they have is the older (jaded) staff. Ignorant, rude, no care. Did I mention ignorant. Condescending, inpatient and not accountable. Also ignorant and rude. Just the older ones in my experience. Cant wait to move from the area.

Both my husband and I have been with the surgery for years last year was the first time we really needed them .the service for my husband who had cancer was fantastic .I needed them for the first time in twenty years got an appointment no problems receptionist sorry don't know her name is always pleasant and treats us with respect as we treat her GPS and doctors receptionists get a bad press but I have never found it .so well done and many thanks x

I have read some of the reviews of this surgery and I dont know if its just me but Ive been with this surgery all my lifeIm in my seventies and never had a complaint until the last few years its just got worse in my opinioncant get a face to face appointment with a doctorIm on the app and could book one at one time but now can only book a phone appointment whats that all about.We had a letter from someone by the name of Vicky Bruce for this morning at home at ten o clock but she didnt turn up called the surgery to be told that someone had cancelled the appointmentit wasnt us we were sitting waiting like a pair of bookendswe were then asked if we wanted to rebook but we declined seen as we hadnt asked for the appointment in the first place.
