Hanover Dental Practice

The receptionists are very unprofessional, very rude, do not know how to communicate with the patients, and definitely need to do some training to improve their skills.

A massive thank you to all at Hanover dental practice. Over the last 8 months Ive been receiving Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy treatment and have had to change and cancel appointments (some at very short notice). Ive also had to book an emergency appointment and an urgent check up appointment. All of this has been with minimal effort on my part and maximum assistance from the surgery in arranging/rearranging appointments to tie in with my treatment and me feeling well enough to attend. I cannot thank the staff enough for their support over the last eight months, the reception staff, dentists and hygienist have all been wonderful. Thank you again :-)

Shocking service, to keep cancelling a patients appointment till they give up, then when said patient calls in dental pain needing an emergency appointment to be told you havent attended regular enough when they were the ones who kept cancelling. Then to add insult to injury the women on the phone says well youre only calling because youre in pain Well yeah!! Because you kept cancelling my appointments!!! Absolutely Disgusting! Avoid at all costs!!

Receptionist attitude absolutely awful. Ring up for an appointment doing as advised by the dentist. To get a bad attitude and mighty than though from some stuck up Receptionist.

Family used this practice for years and have been told that we have been struck off due to not attending over 2 years through covid??!!?? Really bad considering they have been closed. Almost impossible to get an NHS dentist when we are paying for their services through our tax and NI. The national health service is crumbling.
